Year 4 dance their way to success

Parkside Runners up in the East Riding (West) Dance Festival

The Year 4 children put on a fantastic performance at the Junction on Wednesday, earning themselves second place in the Dance Festival. The group worked extremely hard in the run up to the show, rehearsing and using their own ideas in the choreography. The dance, which they performed to 'Cotton Eye Joe', was very well received and they just missed out on the top spot on this occasion. With exemplary behaviour at the event too, they all did the school proud. A special mention and thank you must also go to Mrs Richards for all her hard work in helping the children to prepare for the event.
